Dynamic imaging of the passage of a bolus of contrast agent using MRI is an established means of producing high quality angiograms. We report on our own efforts in the development of high frame rate MRI pulses sequences for dynamic angiography. Futhermore, we will discuss the using of time resolved MRI (angiographic and otherwise) in the clinical area with special emphasis on cardiovascular disease, stroke and cancer.
